No. All of our products are broad-spectrum from industrial hemp. This means they contain 0% THC (the substance in marijuana that gets you high) and will not get you high.
After the US Federal government passed the Farm Bill in December 2018, it was taken off of the list of controlled substances and moved to the regulation of the FDA, instead of the DEA. This makes CBD legal as long as it is sourced from industrial hemp and does not contain more than 0.3% THC.
We use a proprietary cold pressing process that retains natural terpenes. This results in higher quality, more natural, CBD oil that has greater synergistic benefits. The cold pressing process is the most environmentally friendly CBD extraction process. This involves taking 100% organic industrial hemp grown in Colorado.
